We’ve developed a detailed list of common questions and answers concerning Dearest Dorothy. Browse the section, and if you can’t find what you’re looking for, get in touch and we’ll be pleased to help.

How often do we meet?

Every month on the 27th, we get together for a meeting that lasts approximately an hour and a half (exact time will vary depending on your time zone, but will be at or close to 5 PM) and during which we discuss the book we've been reading, reveal the book we'll be reading over the course of the next month, share information about upcoming meetings, and distribute surveys.

How do I join a meeting for the first time?

Upon confirming your membership, someone from our team will send you an e-mail containing details such as the monthly meet time based on your time zone, the name and contact information of your group leader as well as our Discord code. You can contact your group's instructor via email if you have any trouble accessing the server.

Do I have to be a member to participate?

You can choose to apply as either a discussion leader (the leader of a group; direct the conversation, ask questions, handle any disputes) or a group member (participates in group discussion and arguments). Please note, however, that positions for discussion leaders are closed for the time being.

What countries is Dearest Dorothy available in?

Anyone in most European, Middle Eastern, and join our club! For specific time-zone information, please visit our application forms through our Join Us page.
